Ionic won’t complete sync

Hi

i have recently got the Fitbit ionic. On starting it up I had to do an update after pairing it to my iPhone 6. The update finishing it syncs with my phone but after that it keeps trying to sync better never completes. So data doesn’t transfer

Ive reset the my app and the ionic and it just won’t sync to my phone. Does anyone else have this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In this case, I'd recommend following all of the syncing troubleshooting steps found here. Try the steps in the order given for best results.

Hi
I’ve tried all the steps and the ionic still won’t sync. I have tried it on another iphone (iphone 10) as well with the same results I’ve reset it back to factory settings. It connects to Bluetooth for a couple of seconds and then disconnects.

I’m having the same problem. I have had my Ionic for some time with no troubles until now. I used to have the Blaze and it seemed to “die” around the same age. Were you able to figure out the problem with Harry’s ?

BTW, I went to the link above and there are no “steps” listed there.
