Ionic won’t connect properly to bluetooth

It is paired and syncs occasionally but mostly when I check on it on my phone it is flashing between “connected” and “not connected”. After a while it will eventually connect but then syncing takes around a minute rather than a few seconds. What is wrong here? I also have my child’s ace 2 Fitbit connected and that’s never says “not connected” like mine does?!? Please help!

@KatHolley87 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

Since your Ionic isn't always syncing, please try the troubleshooting mentioned in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Also, please let me know the phone you're using and where are you seeing the not connected message?
