Ionic won't connect to bluetooth

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Two days ago my Ionic stopped working with the bluetooth to sync.  When I open the app it says its looking for the watch.  I have restarted the watch, have tried forgetting it and re adding it to my bluetooth on the phone. Shut the phone off and the bluetooth on the phone.   It works sometimes and will work for a few minutes and sync if I have it plugged into the charger.  Of course my one year anniversary of my watch was last week.....  Any ideas.

While you can remove the Ionic from the list of trusted Bluetooth devices, a user should not be able to add the ionic back on the list. Doing so will keep the Fitbit app from finding the tracker.

Once removed from the trusted devices, the app should be opened to force a sync.

Have you tried shutting the ionic off?

If on Android, it would be nice if people included the device they are having problems with, try clearing the Fitbit apps cache.
