Ionic won't detect calls and texts anymore

My Ionic still tracks everything, alarms still work, and nothing seems amiss except phone calls and texts are no longer sent to the watch.  For whatever reason, the Ionic no longer shows up on Bluetooth on my iPhone XR either.  I've tried everything on the help page and no luck getting it back on Bluetooth.

Sorry for the delay in the reply. I would like you to confirm that you tried the procedure mention in this article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. After this, you will need to set up the notifications again.
