I haven't had any trouble up until now. All of a sudden, my Ionic won't hold a charge. I charge it fully before bed, and then overnight, it drains and doesn't even catch all my sleep data. It was fully charged less than one hour ago, and is already down to 87%. I tried restarting, doing an update, restarting again. Nothing is helping. I've also noticed the screen is super dim, even though it's on the Auto setting. I assume this has to do with the power loss. Is there a fix or do I need to call in a warranty claim?

someone with fitbit is going to reply to you and walk you through steps to reset it, yada yada.
My advice is just start the support process now and get it going. If you do need a replacement within warranty, it's a very long process and better to be safe than sorry. For the support process you'll be required to turn off all day sync, notifications, etc and charge it fully, manually syncing every 4 to 5 hours before it dies. If it was like mine, it won't last a day.
Anyways, someone will be along soon to tell you how to factory reset and a bunch of other things that will hopefully work in your case.
Best of luck!
