Hi guys, I unpaired my ionic from my iPhone today because I was trying to get it to pair with the ionic classic setting so I could actually control music playing on my phone. I couldn't get that setting to show up so I attempted to get it to pair back with my phone again. I have tried resetting, removing from my device, forgetting it, and now in a moment of desperation, a factory reset. Now it's just stuck on the "pairing your device" screen for 20 minutes. Every time it gets to this point and gets stuck forever. If I close the app and reopen it shows my ionic and says it was synced but it also says it can't be found and it won't show up in my Bluetooth menu. What should I do? It's basically a useless paper weight now that it won't pair.

Okay, so after a lot of finagling I managed to get my ionic to update the firmware, which fixed the problem. I don’t know how or why it finally decided to update but oh well? At least the firmware update fixed it??
