Ionic won't set up on my phone

New ionic. Will not set up and link to phone. My phone finds it but won't cennextm says Bluetooth busy. Same problem over WiFi. Have reset both phone and ionic. Deleted my old Charge 2 from phone. Reset Bluetooth and WiFi etc. Someone please help

I had the same problem.  I was able to solve the problem by trying it again while standing right next to my WIFI-router.  That seems to have done the trick.  Seems that the wifi signal on the Ionic is rather poor. On average when it succeeded it took 13 seconds for 1% completion.  so it takes quite a while. but it worked.

I got a replacement Iconic Watch yesterday, and I had to be near my router to do the upgrade. it took a couple of attempts before it would see my Wireless network.

I've been literally 15cm away from router and still won't do it. I'm losing my mind with it?!
