I’m trying to set up a New Ionic for my boyfriend. It had been on charge for more than 2 hours but I’m still unable to set this up.
the app on his iPhone states that the watch is not charged enough, which cannot be the case if it’s been on for 2hrs+. I’ve tried holding down all the buttons and force restarting but nothing is working.
please help
