Ionic won't start after factory reset.

I performed a factory resset on my Ionic, because i was not able to connect it to my phone anymore. After i pressed the reset button the watch turned black and i can't do anything now. Does someone has some advice?

I was following the troubleshooting advice given my the community manager to fix the HR sensor issues and ran into the same problem. It was 100% battery before starting the troubleshoot. Now it won’t turn on or do anything at all.

Same problem with mine. I was helping fitbit support troubleshoot my battery problem and when I tried the Factory Reset option, it won’t turn on anymore! 😩

Well mine was out of warranty (3/3 for Fitbit trackers breaking exactly one
month after the warranty is up (yay lifespans of 13 months!) so I got a
discount code for my troubles.

Needless to say, I won’t be spending $200/year on fitbits, so I don’t plan
on staying in this community.
