Ionic won't start after update

my ionic is shutting down by downloading a new update and it can no longer be started

@H2940r read the update thread, at the top of the forum.  It will give you all the info you need.  Many people have the same issue.

Hold the Fitbit Ionic. Press all the three buttons until Fitbit Logo Appears. If it is not turning on, then recharge the device for at least one hour. After recharging, press all the three buttons and turn on the device.
