my ionic is shutting down by downloading a new update and it can no longer be started

Hold the Fitbit Ionic. Press all the three buttons until Fitbit Logo Appears. If it is not turning on, then recharge the device for at least one hour. After recharging, press all the three buttons and turn on the device.
