Ionic won't start up

Hi,

I have just purchased an Ionic. I have had it charging for 7 hours. I just went to set it up and it won't turn on.

The fitbit logo is displaying but no battery indicator. Don't know what I'm doing wrong!

It won't show anything but the logo and setup message until the setup has completed. It's been charging for long enough now so go through the set up process and when that's done it will show the battery charging status.

Thanks for the reply, it isn't showing the set up message either. Just the logo.
