Ionic won’t switch on

I have brought an ionic today expecting great things!!! It has been on charge for approx 4 hrs and all I get is the Fitbit logo in the middle of the screen. I have tried the 2 button reset but didn’t work. Starting to wish I had got an Apple Watch any ideas would be gratefully received.

That logo is all it will show until you have completed the setup process.
