I updated about two weeks ago. Everything was working fine. I noticed that my last sync was over 24 hours ago. My step count would show after I recent then would go to zero. My bike ride wasn't on my dashboard. I reinstalled the app, Reset my Bluetooth, reset the watch and the phone. No results. People reported success after unpairing the watch and trying to repair it. Well Now it won't even pair. My phone is a moto g4 plus. The app was working perfectly until yesterday/today. I don't understand why this is happening. This is pretty upsetting to me. Not a cheap watch. I shouldn't have to update my phone for this to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I have restarted my phone and watch 7 or 8 times. No success yet. I'm terrified of doing a factory reset given other horror stories I've read. I was able to get it to sync on my windows 10 computer at home. I may just have to settle for that until I get a new phone. Its a real shame though. I loved the watch for cycling. I guess I don't need the watch for cycling. I'll see where this company goes after the google acquisition moves forward, but Not too happy with this compatibility issue.

Ok... The 10th time I restarted the watch I was able to connect. Feel better now.
