My Ionic won't sync, again!

I have tried turning it off and back on but it still doesn't work.

Just so that we're clear, you've tried physically turning the watch off, correct?

Have you tried re-pairing it to your Bluetooth?  How about setting it up as a new device?

How about powering your phone on and off?

I'm just trying to figure out where the problem lies.  If you've done all this, have you taken note of the time that you tried to sync?  Syncing at peak times would mean that it's likely due to the servers being busy, and you will have to try again later.

May I ask @LethaLaura what type of phone are you having problems with?

It is a Samsung Note. I seem to have problems when there are updates. The last time restarting my phone worked.

Thank you so much for your help, it seems to be working better now that I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It is alot to go through every time there is an update though.
