My ionic won't sync to my iPhone7. I can get the steps to sync, but the heart rate, exercise, hourly steps, etc will not sync. Also - nothing shows as synced when I log into the computer FitBit.com dashboard. It shows that I haven't synced for weeks. I have done everything suggested, turned Bluetooth off/on, closed program, restarted Ionic, forgot the device on Bluetooth, turned the phone off/on....the only thing I won't do is remove the Ionic from the app. The last time I did that - it took a full week to get it back. Even then - I could only fix it by doing a factory reset which lost all of my data. I have the most recent iOS, and I have the most recent FitBit app. The Ionic has been a huge pain in the A as far as the sync goes and getting the exercise settings from the device to the dashboard.

Once again I had to do a factory reset and lost all of my data and debit card info that I had set up. It's so inconvenient.

This may be a little far-fetched, but what clock face are you using? I found that I had the reverse problem this week on mine after recently switching to a third-party clock face. Try switching to a Fitbit one and see if that helps sync the data.

@DarcyM Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Ionic isn't syncing. Did the factory reset resolved the issue? You can try the suggestion @DramaQueenDiva shared in her post.
