Not sure it's related, but just got my new Ionic and can't connect. www.fitbit.com/connect has a continuous message saying "it's not your fault, it's ours". Is this common? Frustrated trying to connect and setup my new ionic.
I'm having syncing issues as well with my Ionic on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. It was fine up until yesterday. At first it was intermittent and now it won't sync at all. I've tried everything they say to do to fix it and it still won't work.
Yeah, that seems to be how fitbit operates these days.
Best AnswerMy Ionic stopped syncing 3 days ago (25th) Until then it worked perfect!
(even if it's hard to sync now and then). I checked and I got the right version installed.
The dashboard shows the correct steps for today. But it won't save the data to the next day.
Are Fitbit having trouble with their servers?
Best Answer@AnnelieG That's great you had a good run with your Ionic. But now you've joined most of us in these forums who Ionic doesn't sync, or has great difficult syncing. Fitbit will give you the canned response of resetting, repairing, uninstall\reinstall....those fixes may work for a couple days at most, but problem comes back. It may, or may not e their servers, but the problem is definitely not isolated to a few users.
