I love the watch, & for the last month, everything has worked great. However, after my ride, today, i noticed the watch wasn't connecting to the App (iPhone6). I removed the watch, tried to connect it again, the app said it found the tracker, and now it is stuck on "connecting to tracker". It has been this way for a couple of hours. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but we're still stuck on "connecting to tracker".
I haven't had a firmware update notification. I did see that the app updated in the last day or two. It looks like others are having a similar problem. Is this a problem with the app?
How can I get my watch connected so I can get my ride data?

Christine, try a RESTART of your Ionic and do it several times if necessary.
Best AnswerI have restarted it several times, and have also done a full shut down, twice. The app is still on "Connecting to Tracker..." with no connection.
Customer support was very nice. I had to completely forget the device on my bluetooth settings, and do a full shut down on my phone. After another restart of the watch, I was able to connect and pair the watch.
Best AnswerThanks for reporting back, Christine. I was glad to hear you got everything sorted out.
Best AnswerI have a similar problem with an Ionic that was bought for me this christmas.
My phone is nearly new, and was working with Ionic for a week.
It then divided that ionic was no longer going to connect.
I repaired (about 30 times).
Turned on / off Bluetooth on the phone. umpteen times.
Reset the ionic .
Deleted the ionic from the phone.
Re-paired the Ionic.
Each time the Same.
" Found.It !"
Then "connecting"......
Then times out, asks me to reset Bluetooth on the phone (again).
Back to start..
Getting to the point of taking it back yo the shop and asking for money back.
