Hello @Hoskoote and Welcome! Sorry to hear your having problems with your Ionic, but this is usually a pretty easy fix. I would recommend "RESETTING" your Ionic. You do this by HOLDING down the LEFT and BOTTOM RIGHT buttons at the same time and continue HOLDING them down until the Fitbit Icon appears. Once and ONLY after the Fitbit Icon appears, release the buttons and your Ionic will RESET. Don't worry, your not going to lose anything, this just clears the Ionic memory and gets everything back where it belongs (internal memory wise).
