Hi,
I hope someone can help! I am on my 2nd Ionic Fitbit and it was not synching to the phone, so I restarted the watch and reinstalled the app but had no luck. I think removed the watch from the app and tried to reinstall but it could not find the watch. Finally decided to reset the watch with Factory settings and trying to connect to the phone but it's not finding the watch.
Took a while to get through Fitbit Support, spoke to them at length and they said that it looks like your bluetooth on the watch is not working 😞 and they offered a discount since I it's been just over 1 year since I bought my 2nd Ionic. Very frustrated with their service. I love the watch (when it works!!) but has anyone had issues like this and got bluetooth working??
