Hi @Dianebellis, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If your Ionic is not syncing, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Unable to sync my Ionic only started yesterday, have tried all the Fitbit fixes to no avail. Appears to have failed after the firmware upgrade.

Going through the same thing. My ionic won't sync. I unpaired it. Then uninstalled the fitbit app. Restarted phone, now it will not pair. It finds the watch then then after a few moments says it cannot find it and the pairing fails.
