Ionic is no longer syncing. Tried all the usual tricks. Appears to be same issue that happened a year or so ago (which was fixed by an urgent update to the tracker) Fitbit can you please fix this issue ASAP as the ionic is useless if it doesn’t sync.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hello Ricardo,
Appreciate your response. I have tried everything in the trouble shooting guide. I have gone back to using my Blaze until the Ionic syncing problem gets sorted. The Blaze is syncing as normal so I don’t think it’s a problem with my phone. This issue has happened before with the Ionic, of my 3 Fitbit trackers this one has had the most problems.
