Hello, my Iconic has stopped recording any steps, heart rate, sleep or any other function other than the time. I have read through other posts, watched YouTube videos, and searched possible ways to fix it. I am current on all updates, have reset my watch 10+ times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed the watch face and nothing has made any improvements. Is there any other suggestions? Battery life is great and the watch isn't that old.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Because you're still experiencing difficulties with your Ionic after trying several troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend to perform a factory reset on your device. To do so, please follow the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
