My fitbit has only tracked 535 steps today even though I have been active all day, including a 35 minute walk. This is the second replacement, I do not wear it in the shower or have it in contact with any water and there is no longer any email support ... now what can be done!

Three things the user should try - Have you?
1. Restart the Ionic.
2. Remove the device from your phone and do the 3 button reset (mentioned hundreds of times in previous posts - do a forum post search), and setup again - pairing with your phone/account.
3. Contact support via phone. Best to talk with a real person.
Keep connected to a charger when trying 1 and 2.
