I charge Ionic and it stopped to 57% and it will not turn on. I wanted to return this because it will not sync to my phone and they already gave me a return code but I tried troubleshooting it and it did sync, so I did not return it. Now I don't know if that's the reason why it won't charge and won't turn on or what? Please advise Fitbit community.

I appreciate that you mentioned you had a case with our Support team. The return code that they provided you has nothing to do with the fact that your watch stopped charging.
