Hi.
I went to bed last night and my ionic had over 90% charge. This morning it will not turn on, just a black screen. I have followed all the community advice for battery issues - cleaning the points, leaving 30 mins, holding the buttons to restart. Nothing. It still in the 12 month warranty, do I need to return it or can it be fixed by me?

Wow, I am experiencing the same issue. Took off my working Iconic last night and when I put it on this morning it was not working. Performed all the troubleshooting listed in forum and Fitbit Support but no response. A totally none functioning Ionic with no response what so ever. Even when plugged in I do not get any response from the device.
