Ionic won't turn on, keeps restarting

Hi,

 

My Ionic is stuck in a loop of restarts where I get either a blank screen or the Fitbit logo. It will keep doing this for hours until the battery drains. Or endlessly if I leave it plugged in.

 

Trying a restart (2 buttons) or a factory reset (3 buttons) does nothing.

 

I've also tried plugging the charger into different devices/outlets.

 

The issue started the other day after the battery drained and I tried to charge back up. Ionic is 3 weeks old.
