Ionic won't turn on

this watch wont turn on. What to do? 

i have tried to hold the left button and the right down button in for 1-2 minutes, still dead. 

i have alsoo tried to hold down all the buttons in 1-2 mins.

I moved charging cable to a different source and for 1st time in a couple weeks screen displayed it was charging. Last I saw it was up to 85%.  Now the display is black again and the Iconic is hot.

I am having the same issue. I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find: clean charging spot and cable, change charging outlet, pushing buttons at the same time to try to reset. Nothing is working, the sensors arent flashing. It seems completely dead. It randomly happened in the middle if the day yesterday, with 40% charge left still. What should I do or who should I contact?

Hi, wish I had an answer. From all the posts I saw there is no fix. Dump it and buy something from a different vendor. I’m not happy with either the product or there support.
