I have 2 Ionic fit bit and both have the same problem of not turning on?

I am sorry that you are going through this situation. I recommend following the troubleshooting instructions including a restart at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
