Ionic won't turn on

Fitbit hasn't turned since Aug 2021.  It was low batt, plugged it in for a charge but it never turned back on again.  I am so disappointed.  This is my second Fitbit device.  It was nice when it worked, grown attached to it (I'm not one to really wear a watches).  I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, none of it worked.  I will more than likely not purchase another fitbit device.
