My ionic has been in a box during a move. Now it’s cknpletely dead. I tried doing the button reset — no luck. Any suggestions?

Have you tried different USB power sources such as a wall charger you use for a phone? If it's completely drained it may take a little while on charge before it shows any sign of life.
