My ionic watch won't turn on. According to the app it has a "medium" charge but the watch won't turn on...nothing but a black screen. I tried to hook it up to the charger, tried wearing it, tried pushing 2 buttons then all 3 buttons....nothing just a black screen.😭😭

Purchased a Ionic Adidas Edition and it will not turn on nor charge not even the vibrate when attaching the charger.

 

Simply dead.

 

very disappointing.

Only got it today, will take it back to the store tomorrow. 
Have  tried everything I can.
