My Fitbit Ionic died. The battery was showing low so I assumed the battery just died.
I plugged it in for several hours. When I tried to start it the logo will appear and it will give one quick vibration, then it will go black again.
I cleaned the charging connections and changed charging location. I have double check with other devices that the charging based is supply power.
I left it on the charger for at least another hour. But it still yielded the same result (logo, one vibration, black screen).
I did a hard reset. Same result. I looked at all the other posts and tried the steps and nothing worked.

Hi @Needsasolution, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying several troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Since your device still shows the Fitbit logo, I recommend you to follow the next steps to perform a factory reset procedure on your device:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
