Hi Ricardo
My Fitbit ionic not working it is not turning on I put charge and I tried to turn it on by holding three buttons it didn't turn on I bought it 10months help me to fix this.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Because your device is still not responding after trying some steps, please follow the ones below and let me know if the issue persists:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc. By the way, I've moved your post to the Ionic board because you shared it on a Versa 2 thread.
