I started running into issues with my ionic where it stopped tracking my steps accurately (I.e I would only get like 120 steps in an entire day).
After some inquiry I noticed that there was an update available that would start, register with my watch and then after a few minutes the update would stop with no change. I also tried to calibrate the watch but every attempt would result in a big x on the watch then asking if I’d like to retry.
I then processed the format the watch and start over. Same thing happened with the update as well the calibration.
i uninstalled the app and disconnected the watch from one from and reconnected it to another phone with the same exact results.
Please advise as all I have right now is a fancy looking watch that doesn’t do what I initially got it to do.

Hi LiliyaFitbit, I have performed the steps as described in the link provided above with the same exact response. I in fact tried it on three different computers, and two cell phones. I have tried connecting it via Bluetooth and Wifi. My Ionic will not connect. Please advise as to the best solution.
