My ionic stopped reading my heart rate yesterday and then stopped working, I reset it and still wouldn't read my heart rate, then I woke up this morning and it's stopped counting my steps so I did a factory reset and now it won't connect/set up with the fitbit app
What else can I try?

Same happened to my wife's Versa (purchased in Sep '18). HR stopped working today. We made sure HR is ON, battery on 100%, band tight on her wrist, hard reset, firmware update, another couple of resets. No improvement, the HR light is not flashing. It is going back to Amazon on Monday. I own Fitbit Blaze for 3 years already and never had problem with the HR monitor. It sometimes struggles to sync with my phone but otherwise no issues.
