Ionic wont charge not enough power

My ionic is new and I have plugged it in to charge but it says not charging, not enough power detected from source. I have tried different sockets and dont resets but still get same error message. Can you help, it's so frustrating.

@Ionic_Cookie Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is showing not enough power detected from source. I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Let me know if you're able to charge your Ionic.

No that help guide didn't resolve the issue, my ionic is brand new, the
connections aren't dirty. Is my fitbit charger faulty? I have tried 3
different plugs and into different wall sockets and got same error every
time.

What do you mean by trying different sockets @Ionic_Cookie

Are you using different ports on a PC? Changing to different outlets in the wall? I dining different wall phone bricks?

What is the current rating of the phone charger brick your using to charge the ionic?

I have tried different wall outlets and different charger bricks. I never
had this problem with my fitbit surge.
