My ionic is new and I have plugged it in to charge but it says not charging, not enough power detected from source. I have tried different sockets and dont resets but still get same error message. Can you help, it's so frustrating.

@Ionic_Cookie Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It's pretty weird that your Ionic is showing not enough power detected from source. I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Let me know if you're able to charge your Ionic.

What do you mean by trying different sockets @Ionic_Cookie
Are you using different ports on a PC? Changing to different outlets in the wall? I dining different wall phone bricks?
What is the current rating of the phone charger brick your using to charge the ionic?
