Hello @Hemmi11 not knowing what posts or help docs you have looked at, I'm not sure what steps tried are included in the everything tried? 

Also without knowing what type of phone, I'm unaware of how I can be of help, or if I even may be able to help? 

Have you looked at the help docs? 

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone
 
Now if it is an Android phone, make sure Fitbit is not being managed by the battery monitor

I uninstalled app and reinstalled snd set watch back to factory. The battery thing where is that..samsung 8..and just one day my notifications stopped
