Hi All,
I recently updated my IOS and then my Ionic stopped syncing information onto my phone app. I have tried to close all apps and restart my phone and did the unthinkable to unpair/delete the Ionic. Now when I try to set the device up again, the app has found it but its just stuck at Connecting to Tracker.
Anyone having the same issue or has found a work around.
Thank you.

I has that last week. Try making sure that both your phone and tracker have over a 50% charge on them, that's what worked for me.

Try removing all pther bluetooth devices out of range or turning them off (all of them!). Then restart you Ionic and try again. Let us know how you go.

I just bought my Ionic last weekend. It worked fine till 530 this morning. I checked it after work and it had not synced since 530. I tried everything, bluetooth...wifi....I even restarted my phone and the Ionic. I made the mistake of removing the device and now it will find it but is stuck on the "connecting to tracker" screen. Anyone have a fix for this? I run 4-5 days a week and would really like to continue to track my activity. I love the watch, but for the price it seems like a lot of issues from what I have read.

I had exactly the same problem and accidentally found out restarting the ionic fixed mine. Hope that helps.

Sadly having the same problem. It’s so frustrating that some random things work for some people like restarting/resetting/turning off all Bluetooth etc. Nothing works for me. Seem to be left with limited options really which I guess are looking into Polar or TomTom. Something where hopefully, when inevitable problems happen, the company actually try and deal with the problem, or at least communicate, instead of leaving it until huge numbers of their customers are irate.

All day sync isn’t on, so probably not that...

Has anyone tried syncing with other devices? This worked for me.

I have this problem every week since the update. I never had a problem with my charge HR, now a new problem every week with this “smartwatch”....

Go into the settings on your phone. Go to Bluetooth. Click ionic. Click forget device. Go back to Fitbit app. Add new tracker. Click your tracker. Try resyncing it.
