Best AnswerHI, I am not overly familiar with the iPhone App but assume it is similiar to Android. Have you set up notifications correctly on the phone app as there is now no option on the tracker itself?
The other reason could also be that since ios 13 was released, there has been an issue with receiving notifications at all. This is due to a change that Apple made in how ios handles notifications and failed to inform anyone of the change!! Fitbit are fully aware and working on a solution though.
