So, after about 1.5 years my battery is no longer chargeable. I've exhausted all attempts through tech support to revive my beloved Ionic to no avail.
I asked if i could send it in to get it fixed and was told we don't fix trackers.
End result was a 30 day 40% off coupon for a Versa Lite...
I'm not very happy at the moment.
