Hello, I have purchased an Ionic just a week. My problem is that I can't see my notifications on the tracker. I have already checked all the possibilities the Fitbit help gives. My phone is Honor 8x. Does anyone have an idea how to solve my issue?

Your phone is not on the list of Approved Devices so some functions will not work correctly.
