New to Fitbit so apologies if this is already out there. I have connected my New Ionic to my iPhone to get call notifications but while Bluetooth connected my phone thinks I’m connected to an audio device so stuck in headphones mode. So no audio on iPhone without plugging in headphones. I’ve not got any Bluetooth headphones connected. Help please do I need to disconnect ionic Bluetooth every time I want to play audio on my phone?

A warm welcome to the Community @Hells17. No, worries about asking the Community is here to help you. It sounds to me that your device thinks you're connected to a mobile device as you may connect it using music control, this feature will connect your Ionic to your device's Bluetooth.
However, while using your Ionic and notifications there shouldn't be any interference as just the notifications are paired. I would like you to confirm you followed these steps How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps!
