The Ionic is supposed to link up to any bluetooth headphone, if your hearing aid can hook up to a phone, it should be able to hook upto the Ionic.

How do you actually pair them though? Does anyone have steps?

@jens3poseys Welcome to the Fitbit family! Yes! I do have some steps for you. Please check this helpful article about connecting Bluetooth audio devices to the Ionic. You will find all the steps you need right there.
Try that out and let me know how it goes! ![]()

My audiologist reckons that opening then closing the battery compartment of the aids puts them in pairing mode.......not that it worked for my Ionic !

I've tried to sync my Ionic with a Resound hearing aid - followed your steps exactly and the hearing aid never appears as a recognized device. I'm thinking this is not going to work and that's a bummer.
