For the second time now my watch face won’t turn on. This morning on a full charge, my watch woke me up and the screen wouldn’t come back on again. I see the green light for the heart rate on as well. If I plug it to power it doesn’t do anything again.

Has anyone had this issue. Please advise and thanks in advance.

Have you tried restarting it by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo)?

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @Ehottman! Did you already follow the suggestion from @N8teGee and restarted your Ionic? If this is the case and the issue that the Ionic clock face is still not turning on, please let me know.

The screen on my fitbit ionic is only showing part of the things it usually does. I have done restart 3x and not luck. I have not even had it 8 months. 😞 very disappointed.
