I have had numerous issues with the ionic. It works for a little while and then won't sync anymore or even keep the time up to date. I spend hours trying to get it to connect to my phone or computer to update it. It has been weeks since I have been able to use it. I have tried the hard reset and everything I can find on the forums. This is the second Ionic I have had. I am about ready to call fitbit to take it back since it is still messing up and get a versa. Can anyone help?
Best AnswerIf they will take it back. It was expensive and I don't want my money wasted. Anyone have experience with them taking defective stuff back? I can't find my order history on here to submit a ticket or anything.
