Issues with music jumping while out a run

Is anyone else having an issue listening to music through their Iconic?  I used it today for the 1st time and the music jumped the whole run, my GPS also only picked up a part of the run?  Wondering if the issue is linked and if anyone had any suggestions on how to fix this?

Almost certainly a battery issue.  Music returns if I turn off GPS.  Ionic does not seem to have enough battery to do both music and GPS at the same time.
