Issues with my ionic

Just got my iconic. Having several issues. #1 in thee weather its on celcius. I need Fahrenheit. #2 i am not getting text or phone call notifications. 

#3 it says my device is locked

I would like to address the third issue you're experiencing first, try the tips on this article. 

Once your Ionic has been unlocked, please try the following to change the weather units: 

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab   > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
2. Tap the gear icon   next to Weather. You may need to swipe up to find the app.
3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.
4. Sync your device and then open the Weather app  ​ on your device to see the updated units.
