They just got about 5 of my posts asking me to respond to them in private, I have and keep doing so and they don't respond. I am not sure what they want from us other than to be quite and go away.

They are in panic damage control mode. 

Look at their historical stock prices and you might realize why. They certainly can't afford for the public to find out the extent of their garbage products the last few years.

They are actually considering a sale. their stock prices jumped a little after that came out. That said I would not be surprised if it was simply a market manipulation tactic.

To someone who knows how to make a proper smart watch?  All they have left is the name, and that's quickly dying.
