It stopped working

My  Fitbit Device ( Ionic ) watch has about 8 months that I bought it. It stopped working a week ago because I did not want to charge. Today I tried it again and it loaded on my laptop but it only loaded up to 5% and it did not want to load anymore and the battery is getting low very fast.

I tried switching ports in computer equipment.

I already turned it off, I restarted it, I also cleaned it according to Fitbit's recommendations.

I also used a new cable to see if my cable is damaged, but did not want to charge.

What do I have to do to apply my guarantee?

Fitbit Device Serial Number: FB503GYBK / 1B9BCDB7C84A
Model: IONIC

Thx

Javier
