I am so frustrated!!! I have had to do a factory reset on my Fitbit at least 3 times in the past 3 months because it’s stopped tracking my steps, heart rate and sleep. I am sooo over it!
After this last reset, it won’t allow me to update at all! I’m not wasting my money on this anymore...which I loved Fitbit when I first got one years ago, but the quality and Customer service has gone way down hill.
I’m not even going to try to ask for help anymore because I’ve done the reset, removed my device, unpaired and re-paired blue too the, reset both my phone and the watch...and still no freaking update! Apple here I come!!!

You know why @awdub. it has been replaced by the Versa 3.
Apple doesn't sell the original Apple phone, I wonder why?
Personally I loved the Apple IIe but sadly Apple also stopped selling this machine.
Be carefull with whatever watch you buy. No company will warranty a, broken by user, screen break.

The screen just cracked after 5 months! Is that normal? Seems like I was not the only one with this problem. The Ionic was a terrible product and customer service should have replaced the ones that were having problems with a different watch or refund. That would have been the right thing to do instead of discount on another watch that will eventually have problems. Everything about this product and customer service is bad.

No a broken screen cracking by itself is not normal. But as with a phone, it is possible to crack a screen. Pyrex Gorilla Glass is not bullet proof.
